SR Measurement System(CEP series)


CEP-25RR   Spectral response and internal quantum efficiency measurement

 

  •    While monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons which does not have wavelength dependence is irradiated on the solar cell, spectral response and quantum efficiency can be measured.

 

  •   Spectral response as well as spectral reflection can be measured by a single system and internal quantum efficiency (IQE) can be obtained.

 

  • Using the same beam for spectral response and reflection measurement, the same surface on the sample can be measured.

 

  •   A white bias light source is available as a standard which enables the system to measure the spectral response and I-V curve easily under the pseudo sunlight.

 


CEP-25ML  Spectral Response Measurement System

 

  •  While monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons which does not have wavelength dependence is irradiated on the solar cell, spectral response and quantum efficiency can be measured ( wavelength range : 300 ~ 1700nm)

 

  •   The system meets requirements of JIS C8944 Measuring methods of spectral response for multi-junction solar cells.

 

  •  With the color bias light source built in the system, spectral response on each layer in the tandem cell can be measured.

 


CEP-25BX  Spectral Response Measurement System

 

  •   While monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons which does not have wavelength dependence is irradiated on the solar cell, spectral response and quantum efficiency can be measured ( wavelength range : 300 ~ 1200nm).

 

  •  The system meets requirements of spectral response for crystalline solar cells in the JIS C8915 Measuring methods and spectral response for amorphous solar cells in the JIS C8936 Measuring methods.

 

  • A white bias light source is available as a standard which enables the system to measure the spectral response and I-V curve easily under the pseudo sunlight.

 


CEP-2000 Spectral Response Measurement System

 

  • While monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons which does not have wavelength dependence is irradiated on the solar cell, spectral response and quantum efficiency can be measured ( wavelength range : 300 ~ 1200nm).

 

  • Larger irradiation intensity in constant energy mode (max. 5mW/cm2 ) and in constant photon mode ( max. 1016 photon/cm2) than that of our other CEP system for silicon solar cells is best suited for the measurement of organic solar cells (dye sensitize and organic thin film cells).

 

  •  A white bias light source is available as a standard which enables the system to measure the spectral response and I-V curve easily under the pseudo sunlight.

 


CEP-M77   Spectral Response Measurement System(For solar Cell Module)

 

  • While monochromatic light with constant energy or constant photons which does not have wavelength dependence is irradiated on the solar cell module, spectral response and quantum efficiency can be measured(wavelength range : 300 ~ 1200nm).
