1.Spectral Response (CEPseries)
The system has been designed to irradiate solar cells with monochromatic light of constant energy and constant photons without wavelength dependence, and measures the spectral response and quantum efficiency of various solar cells.
Our unique real-time light intensity monitor control system constantly monitors irradiation light intensity to keep the light intensity constant, and so it is not affected by the fluctuation of the light source. This is a well-established control system with excellent measurement stability and measurement reproducibility.
The CEP series systems and other systems have been delivered to many customers, including the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories (JET).Our systems have become one of the standard measuring instruments for solar
cell performance evaluation in Japan.

2. Sensor Spectral Response
The systems have been designed to measure spectral responsivity (spectral response) of photoelectric conversion devices (photodetectors/sensors) such as silicon photodiodes and CCD/CMOS image sensors.
The systems can cover a wide wavelength range with low stray light.

3. Spectral Response (SMseries・BQEseries)
The systems measure the intensity of irradiation light at each wavelength as
a reference and then automatically measures the spectral response(A/W) and quantum efficiency (EQE/IPCE) based on the light intensity.
Two types of the systems are available SM-250 IPCE Measurement System (mW/cm2 monochromatic light irradiation) for organic solar cells.
BQE-100 Spectral Response/Quantum Efficiency Measuremen (monochromatic light
irradiation of μW/cm2) for inorganic solar cells.
